The annual Woodchoppers Day will be held next Saturday. Each year, members and a few visitors collect, cut, and split firewood for the campground, which is used to heat the clubhouse over the winter. Breakfast and lunch will be provided. See the schedule below for specific times.

Paradise Gardens will host an open house. New visitors receive a card for a free day visit, which they may use after paying a one day grounds fee.

Events include a Texas Hold'Em Tournament ($25 entry) and a Square Dance followed by a Country-Western Dance. The Staff served dinner on Saturday at 5:30 has been changed to a Pot Luck dinner.

Nude Recreation Week - July 9-16

Paradise Gardens Family Nudist Resort, in Cincinnati, will be celebrating National Nude Recreation Week on Saturday, July 15, with a special Open House. New visitors will be able to tour Paradise Gardens for free. New visitors who stay and pay the daily grounds fees of $35 will receive a card good for a free day's grounds fees, which may be used on a future visit.

"Movie on the Lawn"
On Saturday, June 2nd, a movie will be shown on the sunning lawn at dusk. Please bring your own lawn chairs, blankets, etc. Popcorn will be provided free. A second movie night for later this summer is in the planning stages...

"Square Dance"
A square dance has been added to the schedule on Saturday, July 14th from 8-11 PM. A DJ dance will immediately follow.

Pool Open This Weekend

The swimming pool has been heated to 77 degrees as of Thursday, April 26. The pool is chemically proper and now open for swimming!

The pool temperature should reach 80 degrees by Sunday, April 30, and should reach the target temperature of 85 degrees by Tuesday, May 1st.

The new Executive Board of Paradise Gardens has called a membership meeting for Saturday, April 28 at 11:00 AM in the clubhouse. The E-Board will be addressing critical issues regarding the future of Paradise Gardens and answering members' questions. Members are urged to attend!

Food trays will be provided, courtesy of the Executive Board.

Hot Tub Closed for Heater Repairs

The hot tub is currently unavailable due to a burned out heating element. The new element should arrive on Tuesday, April 10th and the hot tub will reopen once the element has been installed.

Camp Water Service is Shut Off to Members' Sites

Due to sub-freezing temperatures, the water lines to members' sites have been drained.

Water service will be restored to all sites by Friday the 13th once the danger of extremely low temperatures has passed.

Paradise Gardens Welcomes Marketing Rep March 30 - April 1

Western Canada Association for Nude Recreation / Manitoba Director Bob Migliore will be visiting Paradise Gardens on the weekend of March 30-April 1, 2007.

Bob is a marketing representative appointed to Paradise Gardens to assist us in exploring ways to build our membership. Bob will be meeting with Paradise Gardens' President of the Board of Directors and the PG Managers to offer his observations and suggestions. Bob will also be talking to the members and guests and gaining their insight and opinions on our resort.

Bob's visit is part of a free program offered by the AANR (American Association for Nude Recreation) to assist member clubs with their marketing programs. Please make Bob feel welcome!

A welcome warming trend is at hand at Paradise Gardens! Temperatures are expected to climb thru the 40s and into the 50s this next coming weekend! We've got a full schedule of events, which we expect to be well-attended...

Friday night, the 23rd, our Blind Draw Darts Tournament begins at 8:00 P.M. Those participating should sign up by 7:45 P.M. You may call ahead if you think you'll be pushing the starting time, and we'll enter your names.

Saturday, the 24th, there is a Texas Hold'Em Tournament scheduled for 1:00 P.M. Several people have expressed interest in this tournament and we expect a good turnout.

Saturday, the 24th, is also the date of our 1st Annual Mardi Gras Masquerade Ball. The Ball starts at 9:00 P.M. and there will be a costume contest, for which judging will take place at 10:30 P.M.

On Sunday, the 25th, there will be a Brunch at 11:30 A.M. Please bring a dish to share!

Tonight's Nudely Wed Game Postponed

Tonight's scheduled Nudely Wed Game has been postponed due to the inclement weather ( a.k.a. 4" of snow).

The Nudely Wed Game is great fun, and we want to make sure that those who enjoy this event have a chance to participate. An alternate date will be selected, and we will inform everyone when it has been rescheduled.

Tonight, we'll open up the DJ booth for musical entertainment.

The weekend kicks off with a Blind Draw Darts Tournament on Friday, Feb 9th. Sign up by 7:45 P.M. Play begins at 8:00 P.M.

On Saturday Feb 10th and Sunday Feb 11th, those first-time visitors who attend this weekend's Open House will receive a pass for a 1-day free grounds fees, which they may use any time after paying their first day's grounds fees. Tours are offered for free. Visitors may pay grounds fees and stay after the tour.

Saturday night, Feb 10th, at 9:00 P.M., is the popular Valentine Dance. This year the theme is Black Tie and Pearls. All of our rooms have already been reserved, but we can find alternate reservations for those who wish to attend and stay the night. Admission is $25 per visiting single or couple ($10 if you have already paid Saturday grounds fees).

Sunday the 11th there will be a brunch at 11:30. You are welcome to bring a side dish to share.

Super Weekend February 3 & 4

Join us for a super DJ Dance on Saturday, February 3rd.

Then on Sunday, February 4th, Paradise Gardens celebrates the big game with a tailgate party at 5:30, and the main event on our big screen TV!

Hot Tub Up and Running!

The hot tub has been repaired and is now up and running!

Hot Tub Down For Repairs

The hot tub is currently out of service for maintenance to the fiberglass shell. These repairs are expected to take a few days, as the repair materials require some time to cure properly. Notice will be posted here when the tub will reopen. Thank you for your patience!
